What items are returnable? 

In-Store Styles

  • Hats may be exchanged within 48 hours of receipt for store credit only
  • Store credit is issued as a gift card for the original amount of purchase (excluding original shipping costs)
  • Hats must be in unused, resalable condition and must be returned in undamaged original packaging
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Made-to-Order Customs
    • Made-to-Order Custom hats are exclusively made-to-order for each individual, involving a multi-stage process to ensure each client is satisfied with their piece, and are therefore, non-refundable. We strongly encourage in-person shop visits to ensure your hat fits you perfectly
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)

How do I ship back the product?

Shoot us a note at ryan@ryanramelow.com, and we will reach out with instructions to initiate your return. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email if your request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the request will be processed within 1 - 2 business days after approval.

What if my package is damaged?

Ryan Ramelow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
